Volunteers

Application Deadline

All volunteer applications must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event to allow adequate time for review, scheduling, and event preparation. Applications received after the deadline may not be considered based on availability and event needs.

Volunteer Requirements

Must be a high school student (grades 9–12)
Must be reliable, responsible, and able to follow event guidelines
Must arrive on time and be available for the assigned volunteer shift
Must be comfortable working with athletes, families, coaches, and event staff
Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Must complete any required event training or orientation prior to the event
Must follow all athlete safety and conduct expectations

Volunteer Application

Field Operations Assistant

Help manage player flow, assist with drills, support coaches, and ensure athletes are prepared for each challenge.

Registration & Check In Assistant

Welcome athletes and families, help with check-in, distribute event materials, and provide customer support.

Media and Content Assistant

Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes moments to help showcase the event experience.

Competitions Support Assistant

Assist with timing, score tracking, equipment setup, and keeping challenges running smoothly.

Athlete Experience Ambassador

Help guide athletes throughout the event, answer questions, and create a positive experience for participants and families.

Event Support Team

Assist with setup, breakdown, signage, hospitality, and general event needs.

Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Registration Fees

All registrations are final and secure your participant's spot in the event.

Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted at least 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund, less any processing or administrative fees. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event, including for no-shows, scheduling conflicts, injuries, or weather-related conditions, unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Event Cancellation

If the event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, registered participants will receive the option of a full refund or event credit. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.

Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant or to a future event (if available) when requested at least 14 days before the event. All transfer requests are subject to organizer approval.

Weather Policy

The event will be held rain or shine whenever conditions are safe. Any schedule adjustments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.
